Rockstar calls GTA VI’s broadcast setup the most extensive in franchise history: six stations, on-demand podcasts, and — for the first time — audio that follows you on foot.
Six stations plus on-demand podcasts. The big new mechanic: audio isn’t car-only anymore. In-game podcasts play on demand, and broadcasts can be heard on foot through wired headphones or wireless earbuds connected to Jason and Lucia’s phones.
The phone/headphone link means audio is tied to the protagonists’ phones — worth tracking as a gameplay system, and the Grassrivers/Port Gellhorn name-drops are early region confirmations for the map pages. Radio previews are live on the official GTA VI website. New music keeps arriving too — see the album singles tracker.
